Practical questions from an owner

Answers are limited to verified ibox capabilities and avoid promising unconfirmed industry features.

Can we use different product units?

Yes. Product cards can use suitable units: Cement and mixes: bags, kg, t; Tiles and insulation: m²; Drywall: sheets. This page does not promise automatic conversion between them.

How do we separate similar models and variants?

Create distinct cards and clear SKUs for the relevant attributes. For example, “M500 cement” should remain its own item.

Can we see profit by product group?

Yes. Verified ibox reporting covers sales, profit and financial indicators. The group structure depends on your catalog.

What can an owner review?

Within configured permissions, an owner can review stock, sales, balances, cash movement and management reports.

Can we see several warehouses and stores?

Yes. ibox supports inventory operations across locations so teams can compare stock and product movement.

How do we control credit sales?

The system can maintain counterparties, balances and receivables. This helps separate booked revenue from cash that has not yet been received.

Can we import the current catalog from Excel?

Yes. Excel import is a verified capability. It is best to clean up names, categories and units before importing.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on catalog size, the number of warehouses and users. During the demo, the ibox team will review the starting data and propose a realistic launch plan.
