1.4 Location Information

The App may collect precise or approximate location when needed to:

  • find nearby Bluetooth devices, where location permission is required by Android

  • get the current location while adding a new client

Location is collected only when required for these features and not continuously unless the feature specifically requires it.


1.5 Photos and Media

The App may request access to images or selected visual media on your device in order to:

  • attach or upload product-related images

  • use photos you explicitly choose inside the App

The App only accesses media you allow it to access.


1.6 Notifications

The App may send notifications for operational or service-related purposes, including:

  • important updates

  • status messages

  • reminders or alerts relevant to App functionality

You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.


1.7 Device and Technical Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information such as:

Apart from these we should to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Background and foreground service

Our mobile app used for distribution of consumer goods from warehouse to shops. App is used by sales agents and delivery person. So supervizor or manager of distribution company needs to track their employees. For example, manager need to check if sales person have visited to specific shops which is assigned to him. For that purpose the app will detect his/her location every 2 minutes (can be changed by setting) and send data to managers. This is important for managers to make sure if their employees is visiting assigned shops.

The App may also declare optional device capabilities, such as telephony support, but these do not necessarily mean the App actively collects phone-related data.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only in the following cases:

  • with service providers or hosting providers that help us operate the App

  • when required by law, regulation, court order, or legal process
